Very good location and very responsive and communicative hosts. We loved having a washer dryer and everything in the unit worked as it should. Definitely a 5 star stay. The unit was not clean when we arrived but we were still allowed to check in, start laundry and the cleaners arrived shortly after. The hosts handled the situation at hand well and communicated throughout. Highly recommend if you are coming to Granada.

Super stylish studio apartment with direct access to a shared patio - a perfect space for our kids to play while we were at home. The apartment matches the description and photos very well. It is ideally located on a quiet pedestrian street, close to lively restaurant areas, and with major sights within walking distance. On the downside, as the apartment is on the ground floor, we had to keep the shutters closed most of the time. Although the street is generally quiet, you can still hear people passing by, conversations, garbage collection, and occasional noise from the building entrance, which is located just outside the front door.

De studio was erg gehorig, omdat het aan de straat ligt. En weinig tot geen daglicht. Ik raad aan om voor een andere kamer in het appartementencomplex te gaan.

Abbiamo riscontrato qualche piccolo problema iniziale con il Wi-Fi e il riscaldamento, che non funzionava perfettamente, e in cucina mancavano alcune dotazioni di base per cucinare. Sono aspetti che possono capitare. Ho apprezzato molto però la disponibilità e la rapidità nel cercare di risolvere tutto. Non è affatto scontato trovare persone così presenti e collaborative. La posizione è centrale e molto comoda. La casa è conforme alle foto, spaziosa e ben arredata. Personalmente valuterei un miglioramento della serratura e qualche piccolo dettaglio aggiuntivo, ma si tratta davvero di piccolezze. Nel complesso siamo stati bene e l’esperienza è stata positiva.

We had a great stay and experience at this apartment. Check-in was smooth as we were met and given instructions. The location of the apartment is excellent and so close to the Cathedral, shopping and restaurants. The space is comfortable and laid out well. The bathroom is beautiful and has plenty of hot water and tastefully appointed. We did not have the need to communicate with the host after arriving as we did not have any issues. Also, we were able to check-in prior to 3pm as we arrived in Granada earlier than expected. Much appreciated and the communication was great. We would love to stay at this apartment again in the future. Thanks !

Apartamento con excelente ubicación y excelente decoración, muy bien ambientado. Por contra, no nos gustó que la calefacción fuera con split de aire, ya que no es muy confortable, aunque eso es gusto personal, y entiendo que estamos en una ciudad donde la época de frio será muy corta.+ También las ventanas no son lo mas eficientes en cuanto a ruidos y demás. Por otro lado, el alojamiento no dispone de microondas, aunque si que está equipado con horno y todo tipo de menaje. Por todo lo demás, lo recomendaría por su excelente ubicación.

We had a great stay here. The place was in fantastic condition, clearly modern, clean, and very comfortable. Check-in was smooth and the host was very friendly and welcoming. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive and gave really helpful parking recommendations, which made things much easier. Overall, a lovely stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Very nice place, with perfect contact with hosting staff. Beautiful apartment, clean, with everything you need (including dish washer and laundry machine). Everything went smoothly, we had a lovely stay and for sure would recommend it! Only two things to consider: - our apartment was close to the street, so if you’re light sleeper you might be woken up by a trash service company (otherwise the neighborhood is very quiet) - not too much daylight in the apartment as the place is right in the old part of the city (still ok, as mostly we spent our time outside)

We had a great stay here. The location is central and it’s a large beautiful space. During the rain in April we noticed a large wet area in the wall near the bathroom. It had lots of mold. It was cleaned same day while we were out and communication was good. Hopefully it will be fixed long term. We would recommend the space during the warmer months!

The apartment has really cool details. It´s very spacious for a studio style apartment. The bathroom is really nice. We enjoyed our stay there. The location was great. There are a bunch of nice restaurants around and tourist attractions are close. As a heads up the Alhambra is like a 20 to 25 min walk. Also the train station is less than a 15 minute walk.

Le mobilier, le décor l´emplacement dans la ville, le confort du lit, tout ça était formidable,<br />
On ne disait pas que le logement donnait sur la rue et que si on ouvrait les volets, tous les piétons avaient une vue directe sur notre intimité. Il n´y avait pas d´autre vue qu´un mur de graffitis et on a eu beau chauffer, l´appartement restait humide. Je ne retournerais pas là. C´est une cage dorée. Les images sur Booking montrent un appartement avec balcon et la lumière naturelle, or notre appartement était éclairé par les lumières électriques, sinon, très très sombre.

Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Het is fraai ingericht, de bedden zijn heerlijk, het keukenblok is compleet. De gastvrouwen zijn zeer attent, ze denken met je mee. Als je nog een paar uurtjes over hebt, kun je voor je vertrek naar het vliegveld, je bagage bij hen achterlaten.<br />
Het appartement ligt aan een straatje waar tot diep in de nacht feestvierders passeren. Daarnaast hoor je ook het kabaal van de in- en uitkomende gasten omdat dit appartement naast de voordeur van het complex ligt. Ongeduldige nieuwe gasten tikten zelfs tegen het raam omdat ze waarschijnlijk dachten dat wij van de receptie waren.

Beautiful, but loud for a quiet street, ruined our stay.<br />

Unfortunately we got a ground floor room next to the front door, even though it was a great room the noise made this stay very unfortunate. The street noise & noise from front door was really bad & made sleeping next to impossible. Plus you can never really open the shutters because you are right at the street. Also the noise within the facility was bad, people coming in at 4am being loud & with the stone corridor I think it amplified the noise from their balconies. The windows must be poor quality, they block no noise & make it feel like cars & mopeds & everyone is in the room with you. I’d recommend this place, just request not ground floor.

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was initially cold and slow to heat. However, the hosts responded quickly and a technician arrived within an hour and resolved the issue. The windows on one side face a small alleyway. We mostly kept those shutters closed. Street traffic was manageable and quieted down at night. The bed was comfortable, though it was two beds pushed together rather than “one double bed” as listed. The provided laundry detergent had a strong perfume scent, so we purchased our own from a nearby market. The kitchen had most of what we needed, but it could benefit from additional items such as pot holders, a vegetable peeler, oil, salt and pepper. The shower and dim lighting option was great, but the doors didn’t stay fully shut, which caused some water to escape. Overall, the apartment itself was nice and centrally located. The host team was very accommodating and kindly allowed us to arrive earlier and check out later to fit our train schedules.

Lovely apartment on the bottom floor of a beautiful old building. Space is very comfortable with a really nice sized TV, high end kitchen and bathroom. (Great water pressure and heat). The bedding was very comfortable but the bed itself was firm and had a noticeable gap where the twin mattresses meet to form the ‘king’ sized bed listed. The street noise really wasn’t bad at all and location is wonderful. The only negative was the check in process. You have to call the management company to meet you in person to be given keys/access and to fill out forms/passport info. This is hard to do if you don’t have cell service or constant wifi while traveling and the forms seem like they’d be easily completed online in advance. But Carlos communicated so consistently and well. Definitely a comfortable, recommended listing.

Left this place with mixed feelings, the location is perfect if you want to be close to everything, the apartment is nicely decorated and the host was very friendly; that said when we arrived they hadn’t prepared the sofa bed and had to do it ourselves, there were some dirty spots on the floor and they hadn’t turned on the heating so we had to wait a long time before the apartment got to a nice temperature. It’s also unfortunate that the place has zero natural light and you can hear everyone come into the building at all times.

Whilst the apartment complex as a whole was good, we were unfortunate in having the ground floor apartment next to the front door. This meant we could not have any shutters open as the windows were full height directly onto the street allowing full view in, so we had no natural light throughout our stay. Being next to the front door meant not only was it quite noisy with other guests coming and going, but they often rang the doorbell mistaking it for a light switch. I think if we had had any other apartment in the block we could have given it an excellent review.

A stunning place in the centre of Granada. Communication was easy although it is extensive as someone comes and greets you for the check in. One thing do be aware of is that if you get a room on the bottom floor, you will not be able to open your blinds since the big windows face directly on the street. Overall worth it though, since this was an amazing place.

Estancia buena, apartamento muy nuevo y tal y como se ve en las fotos. Si he de mencionar, que al estar dando a la calle y a la entrada del edificio todo el día se escucha el abrir y cerrar la puerta de todo el mundo de entrada y por la noche el ruido de la gente de la calle gritando y hablando alto. Una pena el tema de ruído. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

- l’appartement est terriblement bruyant, très difficile de dormir - contrairement à ce qui est indiqué ce n’est pas un lit double mais 2 lits simples - la porte de la douche ne ferme pas bien - obligation de garder les volets fermés sinon toute la rue vous voit - ils prennent vos données bancaires sans l’avoir précisé au moment de la réservation - plusieurs intermédiaires en plus de booking ; désagréable à gérer pour des vacances - plus de 50€ de frais de ménages renchérissent beaucoup le coût de l’hébergement

Lovely place in a busy quarter. However, it is on bottom floor by the main entrance and therefore can get a little noisy sometimes - especially at night. The damp smell might be somewhat concerning too.

숙소는 사진과 똑같습니다. 매우 아름답고 위치도 대성당 바로 근처라 편하게 관광할수 있었습니다. 특히 추가담요나 도움을 요청시 빠르게 해결해주어 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에도 이곳에 머물고 싶네요. 다만 1층이고 거리 바로 옆에 위치하여 밤에 조금 소란스러운 면이 있어 소리에 민감하신분에게는 적합하지 않습니다.

A comunicação foi excelente, informaram sobre os estacionamentos próximos e principais passeios. A Localização é ótima, fizemos tudo a pé. A habitação é impecável, muito bonita e com todos os utensílios em pleno funcionamento, nos sentimos em casa. Tudo muito limpo e agradável. Recomendo muito.

The place was exactly like the photos and located in a fantastic area. It was very clean and within walking distance to many attractions. Overall, we had a really nice stay. The bed was big and comfortable, and the apartment had everything you could need for a short or long stay. One thing to note is that they are quite strict about the check-in time. We arrived at 1 PM (check-in was at 3 PM) and met the host at the door. There’s no lockbox, so be sure to communicate with them in advance to coordinate your arrival. They gave us a tour, handed us the keys, and let us drop off our luggage, but mentioned the place still needed to be cleaned. However, everything seemed perfectly clean already, and they said they’d be adding more towels and other items. We left and returned at 3 PM as requested, but to our surprise, the place was exactly the same as when we left at 1 PM, meaning it had been ready all along. After a long trip, it would have been really helpful to check in earlier since not

Great stay for me and my wife. The apartment is beautiful just like in the photos, spacious and centrally located. There was a minor ceiling leak which was not communicated to us before or during check-in which was inconvenient and could have been handled better. Ultimately not a deal breaker.

Le logement était impeccable, complètement conforme à la description. La décoration de l’appartement est exquise et le logement est très bien pensé. La salle de bain était spacieuse. Nous avons adoré ce logement autant pour le confort proposé que pour l’emplacement idéal. Vous aurez tout à proximité, le centre ville, les restaurants, le bazar et les arrêts de bus. La communication était fluide et l’accueil parfait. Si nous revenons à Grenade, nous reprendrons ce logement pour sûr ! Nous le recommandons les yeux fermés ☺️

Tolle Lage, gute Kommunikation. Wohnung schön kühl im Sommer<br />
aufgrund der Erdgeschosslage dunkel, Fenster zur Straße wollten wir nicht öffnen, zum Innenhof war die Möglichkeit gegeben. Bad, Handtücher ließen sich nicht trocknen. Im Winter kann nur über die Klimaanlage geheizt werden.

Die Einrichtung des Apartments war einfach perfekt. Extrem gemütlich genau wie auf den Bildern. Wunderschön eingerichtet mit einer kompletten Küche. Die Lage in der Innenstadt, sehr gut, nur wenige Minuten von der Kathedrale entfernt. Das Gebäude mit seinem Innenhof sehr schön restauriert. Jetzt der kleine Wermutstropfen: wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte dieses Apartment nicht wählen. Durchaus denkbar, dass andere Apartments in diesem Gebäude ruhiger waren. Unser Apartment, lag im Erdgeschoss direkt an einer kleinen Straße (ohne Verkehr). Aber jedes Geräusch von außen, jeder Fußgänger jedes Gespräch, war drinnen zu hören. Für uns nicht ganz verständlich, da die Qualität der Türen und Fenster gut war. An unserer Apartmenttür war eine Klingel, jeder dachte es ist der Lichtschalter. Also hat es öfter bei uns geklingelt, gern mal nachts 🥱.

Carlo´s place is stunning and immaculate. There is a private common courtyard. Next time I would choose an upper floor, not the ground level where the windows open onto an alley where people are walking by. So the apartment remained dark with the lights on while I was in my suite. Other than that, it´s definitely a 5 star experience.

Wow, this is one of the best apartments we have ever booked on Airbnb. Everything from the furniture to the electric switches here is of great quality and design. It features a big and comfortable bed, a modern and spacious kitchen, high-end air conditioning, and a fantastic TV screen. There are even two sinks in the bathroom. You can’t find a more central location than this, just a 5-minute walk to the town center. Do keep in mind that due to its central location, you might sometimes hear passersby and motorcycles. Additionally, the host gave us a very warm welcome and provided some really useful tips for exploring the city and the Alhambra. Such an amazing experience! We highly recommend this place and will book it again when we return to Granada someday.
