This is a fantastic place to stay - immaculate presentation complete with views of the Arno! We stayed for 7 days in December. . Everything was within ~20 minutes walk. We only wished we'd discovered the Mercato di Sant’Ambrogio (5 min walk) on our first day. Even the train station (for day trip to Venice) was only 25min walk.

Nice apartment and great host
Great apartment, large, clean, and very comfortable. The location was good, not in the middle of the center, but close enough. There was some noice from construction and people in night, the construction I think is only temporary and the noice in night what you expect from an apartment close to the center.

Просторная квартира, радушный хозяин, встретил вовремя, всегда на связи. Квартира очень удобная, соответствует описанию. На кухне есть всё, что нужно, если питаетесь дома. Ночью может быть слышен шум с улицы от проходящих компаний.

Schöner Ausblick auf Arno<br />
Eine sehr ruhige Unterkunft. Zental gelegen und mit öffentlichen Verkehr ist man relativ schnell am Bahnhof. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross, die Küche ist grösser als meine zu Hause. Unkomplizierter Empfang und check-out.<br />

Super! Great apartment, location, host... I strongly recommend this experience.<br />
Location is amazing, facing Biblioteca Nazionale and Santa Croce from one side and Lungarno on the opposite side. Few steps walking from everything in the center. The apartment itself is very well restored, large and fascinating especially regarding the living room area. It´s also the best I´ve visited as concerning forniture and kitchen utensils. Communication with the host (in my case Salvador) has been perfect : easy, useful and with quick response and, of course, very kind.<br />
I can reply anything really important, but, as a family, we found that during night and early morning there was a little bit of noise from the outside. Of course it´s nothing depending on the property and it´s absolutely normal in every city center. Nevertheless in my humble opinion the bedrooms could benefit from new fixtures that provide acoustic insulation.

Die Wohnung war noch schöner und größer als auf den Bildern. Alles war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – man hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

This apartment was exquisite. beautifully decorated. Very comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms were great, large and modern fixtures. Very spacious and luxurious. The perfect base for our tour of Florence. Central to everything -we walked everywhere. So nice to have air-conditioning during the heat wave. A wonderful place to wait out the hottest hours of the afternoon. This fairly expensive apartment was worth every penny.

Amazing location. Beautiful, clean apartment. Great views of and across the Arno river. Beds were comfortable. Scott was very communicative and made check in and check out very easy. He also gave several restaurant recommendations! Absolutely loved our stay here!

The apartment was very nice and similar to the pictures: very spacious, clean, nice views, and equipped with everything that you need for a short / long stay. I would recommend it for families with small kids. It’s also very fresh, so very helpful when it’s really hot outside. Walkable distance from the city, but also accessible with bus from the train station. We would get back without hesitating; we felt really at home for a few days.

Way too loud. Apartment is on a VERY busy street with a lot of noise in the living room and bedrooms. There is nowhere to go for quiet and it never gets quiet on the streets below. For the first several nights, we tried noise apps as well as earplugs. On the final night of our stay, a large sewage truck parked just outside of both bedroom windows at 4:45am and worked for over 1.5 hours, shouting, making extremely loud, metallic sounds, and waking our whole family. After 45 minutes of their work, a noxious smell filled both bedrooms, coming in through the thin windows, despite shutters and blinds being closed. We had to evacuate and had nowhere to sleep. I contacted host about recovery of the last night’s rent due to the fact that we paid for 2 bedrooms that we were unable to use that night, but host says it’s not his fault. We have stayed all over Italy and have never had a problem like this. He needs new windows. Period. Just stay somewhere else. Vacation is too short not to sleep!!!

Place was just like the pictures and clean. Check in was easy and the host was very nice. My only issues are that the noise level in the bedroom was extremely loud at night till about 5-6am. I could hear every footstep and sneeze anyone made outside and it was hard to sleep. Also i think air bnbs should offer what hotels do so the lack of conditioner was not a plus. Overall we had a nice stay but couldn´t sleep at night

All the icons of Florence are within a 10-20/25min walk of the apartment. It’s nice to stay just those few minutes away from the real touristy area of the city. The apartment was great for us as a family of 4. Plenty of room to spread out. The bathrooms were well appointed. Our host Scott was extremely helpful and gave us useful tips for our visit. All in all a wonderful family visit (with 2 teens) to Florence.

We had a wonderful 8 night stay in early January. The apartment is spacious, beautifully appointed, full of period features and even better than the pictures in real life plus has incredible views over the river. We could not have been happier. A very short walk to a nearby supermarket, close to all the sites, Santa Croce church and nearby restaurants. Scott, the managing agent, was a delight to meet and deal with. Helpful, responsive and really invested in looking afterwards guests, whilst never being intrusive. It would be a pleasure to stay at this apartment again.

We stayed here for over a week with 2 adults and a toddler. It was more than enough space for us. The elevator was helpful even though it was one flight. It saved us energy to lug our luggage up and down. We had cleaners come mid-stay which was a nice surprise. One minor note is the back rooms you can hear outside noise. They are typical Italian windows so we know that might be the case. We had ear plugs. My son has a white noise machine and slept well. Thank you Scott for assisting us with check-in and sending recommendations. We would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay in this nice apartment. The location is great, just a walking distance from all the nice place in Firenze. We appreciate also the nice and clean bathroom as well as the comfortable beds. Also the living room as great to have a break after a long walk through Firenze. If we come back to Firenze we will book the apartment again for sure.

Tolle Wohnung mit schöner Ausstattung. Die Lage war top. Am Weekend etwas laut wegen Lärm in der Gasse und auf der Strasse. Aber das ist halt vermutlich durch die zentrale Lage einfach so. Fenster sehr schön aber halt alt. Es war aber wirklich super! Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was super clean, and had all the amenities that you would need for a short stay. Check-in was super easy as Sara met us there at the apartment and showed us how everything worked in the apartment. Sara was our guest service representative and she was A+++ She was friendly, very knowledgeable and gave us lots of fantastic suggestions for places to see. She also provided a local map, Thanks Sara, you gave us a very warm welcome. We would definitely stay again. Great location.

We travel frequently, and this was certainly one of the best AirBnb experiences that we’ve had. Our host, Scott, could not have been more accommodating or helpful, ensuring that we had a smooth checkin as well as answering all of our questions along the way. The apartment itself was beautiful, and the location was perfect … directly across the Arno from Piazzale Michelangelo, and just a block from the beautiful Basilica di Santa Croce. Easily within walking distance from the Palazzos Vecchio and Pitti, the Duomo, Santo Spirito, San Lorenzo and many more highlights within beautiful Florence. Also, the apartment is within blocks of restaurants, stores, gelaterias, coffee shops and everything else that you might want or need. In addition, it was fully stocked with towels, appliances, kitchenware, etc. Finally, while located on a fairly busy street along the Arno, we had absolutely no issues with noise at night. Overall, an EXCELLENT rental! Thanks for the memories.

This apartment retains a classical style while offering very modern appliances. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures show. The location is excellent, with any attraction just a 10-minute walk away, and there are stunning views outside the windows. The host welcomed us very warmly and recommended many great restaurants. We loved our stay, and if we have the chance to come back, we will definitely choose Scott´s apartment again
