Amazing apartment with a wrap around balcony with views across the square of the cathedral. The beds were comfy & lots of storage available. We ate out so didn’t use the kitchen facilities. Fabulous location, we felt very lucky to have stayed here!

Great location and beautiful space. Easily walkable to all the monuments. Good space for families with two full bathrooms. Nice kitchen and dining space and the patio and views of the Cathedral are second to none. Thanks for a great stay!

Tolle Wohnung. Sehr sauber, tolle Location. Der einzige Minuspunkt war, dass es keine Sonnenschirme oder Markise gab. Dadurch war die Terrasse an einigen Tagen für uns nicht nutzbar war, was Angesicht der Location schade war. Sonst top!

The view from the balcony is beautiful. During our stay, the orange trees were blooming, and the fragrance was lovely as well! The apartment was pristine and we appreciated that we were able to drop our bags off early.

Virgin dos Reyes apartment is wonderful. The building is grand, and at the same time the apartment is homely and charming and decorated with style. The roof terrace is unbelievable - directly opposite the cathedral and giraldo - it's huge, with an exceptional view, a great place to hang out - very well furnished with outdoor tables, chairs and pots full of greenery. Genteel Homes is the best apartment management company we have encountered. The service we received from Ana and her team was excellent. Communication was perfect - they answered messages within minutes, and were helpful and informative throughout our entire stay. Every query was answered immediately and they went out of their way to help us particularly when there was an issue with our luggage storage on our last day and a team member
came to the apartment to help us. This kindness meant we had a great end to our trip and was greatly appreciated.

Just for the location and views, i would give the place a 10 out of 5 stars. Incredible views of the Giralda to wake up to, to go to bed. The penthouse was amazing and could spend the entire day. Can’t say enough about the views. Place is super spacious and comfortable. Pablo and his team are Incredibly helpful, communicative, giving suggestions, responsive, everything you can ask for. Couple things to watch for if you are carrying heavy luggage - 1) we drove, so we had to park a bit away and drag our luggage for about 10 mins through the beautiful streets of Seville. Small price to pay for the location and views. 2) this is a penthouse, and the elevator is tiny. Fits one person / one large suitcase and going up or down can be painful. Again small price to pay for the amazing location. Just something to be aware of. 100% recommend the place

Literally right in the middle of the main square, close to everything with a short walk to amazing restaurants and all the historic sites. No cars are allowed in the square which was really nice. Easy and friendly check in - elevator went right to front door and also had nice steps for stair climbers like us. Apartment was very clean and spacious with amazing patios on all sides which we did not get to enjoy due to heavy rains but still fun to people watch and even SEE the bells ringing! Great place to stay in Seville!

Excellent emplacement, le quartier est animé mais peu bruyant. (sauf les cloches de temps en temps mais c´est typique) Belle surface pour 4 personnes. La terrasse est vaste est sa vue est exceptionnelle. l´appartement est confortable (un peu vieillot par endroit) Chambre 1 il faut comprendre que le lit est de 1,90m en longueur et 2,10 en largeur et non l´inverse. l´ascenseur est minuscule 2 personnes collées au max. Pas de collecte des ordures ménagères dans l´immeuble il faut chercher en ville des conteneurs indiqués sur les documents qui restent introuvables. Néanmoins c´est un très bon logement pour découvrir Seville car sa situation est top.

I can’t imagine coming back to Sevilla and staying anywhere else. The apartment was as much a part of our visit as the lovely city was. To wake up every day and have coffee overlooking the plaza and the amazing church and then end the evening on the terrace with a nightcap were just the perfect bookends to every day. The apartment was somehow even more spacious than I thought it would be from the photos, but the wrap around terrace takes it to a whole other level. You can see a bit of the royal palace, but you will feel like royalty overlooking the city from the terrace.

Our stay in Seville was incredible! The location couldn’t have been better. Truly the best spot in the city. The balcony view was absolutely mesmerizing. The apartment itself was huge, with plenty of space for four people to stay and sleep comfortably, and the central air was a wonderful touch in the summer heat. The hosts were fantastic, giving us a warm welcome and tour upon check-in. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Our stay in Seville was unforgettable, made even more special by the stunning penthouse overlooking the Giralda and Plaza Virgen de los Reyes. The apartment was nice, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to those iconic views each morning was pure magic. The terrace was the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or evening wine, soaking in the charm of the historic heart of the city. A truly beautiful experience in an unbeatable location.

This is a beautiful, spacious, and clean apartment. The terrace balcony overlooks Seville´s Cathedral. The views of the Cathedral are amazing! The location is excellent, with many great restaurants and sights within walking distance.

This apartment is in the best and most scenic spot you can imagination in Seville. It is very nicely furnished and all appliances are first rate. For everything this apartment provides, it is well worth the price. If I return to this lovely city I will be disappointed if this apartment is not available

This rooftop apartment has breathtaking views of the Giralda and Cathedral. It was like a dream staying here. Bedding and pillows were super comfortable for a great night sleep. Location was amazing with everything within 10-15 minute walk. Lots of wonderful restaurants and bars right down the street. I cannot recommend this place enough. It was amazing.

WOW what an amazing five days myself and three friends have just had! This apartment is superb with the most central location in Seville we could have asked for, right opposite the cathedral! We couldn’t have been more impressed with the apartment especially the wrap around terrace, with lovely shrubs, comfy furniture and that incredible view! It made such a difference to our busy few days to have such a beautiful terrace to relax on each day! I would highly recommend staying here, it’s so gorgeous. <br />

We will definitely be using Genteel again as they were so nice to deal with gave us great service. We particularly liked the fact that for a small fee we could leave our luggage in the apartment on our last day and they collected it and stored it for us and until we were ready to fly home. This took all the stress and hassle away from us so we didn’t have to lug our suitcases through Seviille on a boiling hot day to find a luggage locker! <br />

Don’t waste time looking anywhere else, this is the place to stay!

If you want to truly enjoy the “center” of Seville and have a spectacular view of the happenings at the cathedral - this is the place. We loved it and the patio was absolutely insane! Just incredible - worth it just for the access to the wrap around patio with spectacular views. Loved it.

The apartment and the host were absolutely amazing. Standing on the enormous terrace overlooking the square directly in front of one of the world´s most magnificent cathedrals, simply can´t be beat. Some of our family stayed at the 5-star Alfonso XIII and was jealous of our place :) Everything is within a short walk, the apartment is fantastic, and our host (Pablo) was great. We would definitely stay at the apartment again and highly recommend it.

The view from apartment was terrific as it was across from the cathedral. Centrally located. The deck was amazing with furniture and views. We´ve stayed in many Air B&B in Italy, Spain and Portugal and note that after the rain the urban sewer systems in the area can make their presence known. The cathedral´s bells are beautiful as they sound every hour. Overall, the apartment was a pleasant stay for our 4 day adventure in Seville! A special thanks to Pablo´s staff for their reciptiveness with any concerns...and the enjoyable bottle of wine and chocolates!

Pablo welcomed us warmly and provided detailed guidance. His accommodation was 99.99% perfect. The location was ideal, right in front of Seville Cathedral, and the balcony was an incredibly charming space. The interior was even better than what I had seen in the photos. Given the quality of the accommodation, the price was not expensive. I was initially concerned that it might be noisy since it was in front of a plaza, but surprisingly, it was incredibly quiet. A very minor flaw was the absence of a corkscrew. However, when I requested one, he brought it to me that very day. This was an impressively swift response. Now that even the corkscrew is available, this accommodation is 100% perfect.

STUNNING is not a strong enough word to describe this amazing apartment! The interior is just beautiful! Marble floors and bathrooms, clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. But the real highlight is the terrace! The views of the cathedral are amazing! And the sounds of singing, laughing and birds throughout the day were so joyful! I thoroughly enjoyed the bells of the church clanging as well. (But if you’re a light sleeper, maybe pack ear plugs.) The absolute best bnb I’ve ever stayed in and one of my favorite parts of our trip. Just being on the terrace, in the sun, drinking espresso and listening to everyone down below was absolute heaven!! New sheets and towels were offered mid week and check out was a breeze. Thank you to Pablo and team for a warm welcome and a most amazing stay!! I can’t wait to come back again!!
